Do you take insurance?

No, my services are private-pay only. This allows Cutting Edge to focus fully on you without insurance limitations, and to create a truly custom plan for your goals.

What should I expect during my 1st visit?

Your 1st visit is a full 75-90 minutes assessment. During this, guide you through a complete mobility screen, manual muscle testing, body composition analysis, and some guide exercises. Cutting Edge also goes in depth with your medical history, past injuries, current areas of pain, and eating habits. This gives a clear picture of your unique needs so I can design a personalized plan that sets the foundation for your therapy and wellness journey.
